TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Open to UK sports clubs and community organisations aged 18+.
- Competition closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026.
- To enter, clubs must display the Headingley Events poster, take a photograph of the poster in situ, and share the image on Facebook and/or Instagram from the club’s official account, tagging @headingleystadiumevents and/or @headingleystadium as applicable.
- One entry per club.
- One winning club will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
- The prize consists of 2 x General Admission tickets to a Leeds Rhinos home fixture at Headingley Stadium during the 2027 season. Match date is subject to availability.
- No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.
- The winner will be contacted via social media within 14 days of the closing date.
- By entering, participants grant Headingley Stadium Events permission to use submitted photographs for marketing and promotional purposes.
- All participating clubs and their members will be eligible for a 10% discount on new event bookings at Headingley Stadium for events of 10 guests or more, subject to availability.
- To claim the discount, bookings must quote promotional code HESportClub26 and be confirmed by 11:59pm on 31 August 2026.
- The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and has no cash value.
- Headingley Stadium Events reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the competition and/or promotional offer at any time.
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Leeds Rhinos.
