Headingley Stadium has won two prestigious awards at the 15th Annual Stadium Experience Awards 2022 in recognition for its outstanding service.
After a two-year break, the 15th annual awards event returned to celebrate staff and hospitality teams in over forty different stadium venues across the UK. More than 400 guests attended the awards held at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool, where the event was sponsored by Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company.
The aim of the awards is to highlight the successes of the venue departments that work behind the scenes, from catering and matchday hospitality, to sales and operations. Every year raises the bar for excellence, which is why the Headingley Stadium team was extremely pleased to receive Gold for both ‘Matchday Hospitality Award – Small Stadium’ and ‘Overall Matchday Hospitality Experience 2022’.
Over 20 participating venues were competing for the Overall Matchday Hospitality Experience title, and it is a reflection of our fantastic team at Headingley, that we managed to win this highly coveted award despite fierce competition. Our staff have gone above and beyond to put Headingley Stadium on the map as a premier venue, and these awards display our commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
